MidCity Foundry to install new furnace

Coming in late summer 2007, Mid-City Foundry Company is installing new state-of-the-art melting furnaces at our United Division located in Grafton, Wisconsin. The 2,200 lb. capacity higher frequency units, as supplied by Pillar Induction Company, will significantly increase the melt capacity for the present and future needs.

By utilizing the most innovative melting technology, United Division will be positioned to produce the most metallurgically stringent castings with accuracy and efficiency.
