By operating two facilities, each dedicated to specific casting requirements, we offer manufacturing flexibility to produce a wide range of casting designs. Each plant emphasizes flexibility with manufacturing methods:

Milwaukee Division
  • Flaskless airset mold sizes of 25x25 to 60x80
  • 100% sand reclamation (combination thermal and mechanical processes)
  • Computer managed sand system is closely monitored for additives and strength
United Division
  • Snap flask molding of matchplate and cope and drag molding
  • Flask sizes ranging from 14x14 to 32x32
  • Labor saving mold handling arrangement serving six molding centers
