	Core Making The core room in each facility includes efficient core making processes to produce airset and gas-hardened cores with consistent quality and cost efficient results. From water jacket oil compressors to relief cores, we are able to produce a broad range of diverse cores. Core processes include airset, shell and gas hardened technology Hand-rammed and blown cores are produced for a broad assortment of core applications, including delicate water jackets and thin oil passages Multiple core recipes are used as necessary to provide superior casting finishes and dimensional integrity Core equipment of metal, wood and urethane construction is dependant upon casting design, production volume and equipment wear
